The Opportunity

We're looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist who thrives in a busy environment and loves delivering exceptional client care.

  • 39 core hours per week including a minimum of 2 x 7pm finishes
  • 1 in 3 weekend mornings (alternating between Saturday and Sunday)
  • Typically working across two sites with occasional cover at all three

What We’re Looking For

  • Veterinary reception experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Exceptional customer service and telephone manner
  • Strong administration and computer skills
  • Confident triaging calls and emergencies
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced client facing environment
  • A team player who enjoys helping people and pets
