VetExchange Limited® is a family owned company offering a range of high quality effective veterinary products maintaining the wellbeing and health for both pet and large animal. Our leading EasyPill range has been recognised as one of the market leaders and won an International Cat Care award in 2017. Through the launch on new innovative products we are looking to expand our sales division and thus increase our territory growth through building strong relationships and delivery of a quality service.
Through excellent communication and product knowledge you will be expected to build on the relationships we have within the veterinary and pet retail market. Using strategic sales implementation you will endeavour to support and assist our clients in identifying the benefits and advantages our products offer them. A good knowledge of the industry and the ability to track market trends would be a distinct advantage.
Who are we looking for?
(We require a representative for both the south west and south east!)
Preferably an individual with a track record in territory sales or similar position.
Previous experience and knowledge of the veterinary/pet industry would be advantageous and a knowledge of equine management preferable.
Although highly self-motivated you must also be able to work as a team member and collaborate well
Driven by sale results you will be focused on providing quality customer care, pro-active in follow up and good at communicating on all levels.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc in order to support our sales analysis and management requirements
You must live on territory or be willing to relocate
Key responsibilities?
Through our dedicated sales program you will be able to educate and inform our clients of our product advantages and benefits.
Co-ordinate an effective and efficient territory plan, pre-call analysis and objective (assisted through our telesales team)
Identify and establish new business opportunities
Provide up to date information on market trends and requirements
Deliver continual growth within the territory
Represent our company at trade shows, congresses (which may require you to stay away overnight and at weekends)
Maintain all up to date sales records and information through the use of our CRM system
