The guide, which is based on ten restorative just culture principles, aims to help practices move away from blame culture and improve staff wellbeing.

Well, I'm not going to get a Journalist of the Year award for that! I was in such a hurry, I missed that the zoom date was the same day they sent the press release, and then I made it worse by setting it to publish a couple of days later.
