Our lovely receptionist is leaving us to take up Motor Mechanics! She has been with us for nearly 2.5 years and we need someone to jump into her boots!

Allpets is a family run, Independent practice with 2 clinics in the London NW2 area. We are looking specifically for someone to be based at our Sidmouth Parade clinic NW2 5HG, where we are busy with routine appointments and surgical procedures. You would be working alongside a senior RVN, a Junior RVN and an ACA. 

We are happy to consider full or part time applicants. Our ideal candidate would have experience in the Veterinary sector, familiarity with over the counter products and foods. We stock Hills - both life stage and prescription diets. You would be responsible for processing Insurance claims - both on behalf of clients and Direct to us, ordering stock in liaison with the nursing staff, responding to emails, inputting registrations from our website, and most importantly booking appointments and taking payments.

At present our receptionist works a 4 day week, 2 days at 11-7, and 2 days 8-4. We are happy to consider part time or full time. There might also be the occasional Saturday which is 9-11 and 12-2 (a half day) 

We don't require reception staff to wear uniforms, smart casual will suffice!

20 days holiday pa plus statutory holidays. Salary is negotiable according to age and experience.
