Newly refurbed fully equipped training hospital including digital x-ray, ultrasound and monitoring equipment, based in walking distance of Windsor town centre and local amenities. Friendly, supportive and experienced team of vets, nurses, receptionists and support staff. One of few local practices performing laparoscopic procedures. 2 theatres for dirty/clean procedures. Separate isolation/kennels/cattery. We provide our own OOH service 24/7.
Due to expansion and refurb we are looking for RVN, ideally clinical coach or be willing to do so. 38 hour week consisting of lates/earlies and night duties, therefore should be confident with sole working and emergencies. OOH rota would consist of minimum 1:5 weekends, currently at 1:8, with time off in lieu and Saturday nights as extras. Varied nursing role, covering some reception duties, nurse consults, theatre, kennels. We expect all staff to give patients and clients gold standard care.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate RVN who strives off client and patient care. Clinical Coach would be of advantage but not essential, however should be happy to take on this role. Encouraged to further skill set in preferred areas. Must be confident in handling of all species and assisting procedures, including anaesthetics, blood sampling, placing ivs, drug calculations and radiographs.Want to know more about working for IVC?
