Fields Vets have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, busy and progressive first opinion practice in Newport, South Wales. We are a very well equipped practice with lots of toys including Laparoscopic equipment, dental radiography and ultrasonography. We are looking for someone with a passion for high patient and client care, organised and of course a great team player.
You will be included in our current nurse rota, working an average 40 hours per week which includes 1:4 weekends, and 1:4 late Monday evening shift until 9pm. There is no Out of Hours work. You will be required to partake in all general nursing activities including anaesthesia monitoring, nurse clinics, lab work and inpatient care.
The position would suit an experienced or newly qualified RVN looking to develop their skills, who is able to self-motivate and work independently as well as part of the team.
