We are looking for the holy grail..... at least one, but possibly even 2 RVNs if we can find the right candidates.......

Are you an enthusiastic, experienced, friendly RVN with great communication skills, compassion and empathy who would like to join our first opinion, FELINE ONLY, single site, independent practice in beautiful Edinburgh?

We are looking to add an additional cat loving nurse to our friendly, knowledgeable team.  You must be a team player with good communication skills and compassion for both our cats and their worried owners. There will be a combination of surgical and consulting opportunities with some general nursing and  limited periods of reception work.

We are really keen to develop our nursing consults to so some enthusiasm for this would be a real bonus. (training and support of course offered until you feel comfortable)

Ideally our new RVN would work an average of 30 hours per week over 3 or 4 days in a regular 3-week rota with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings but, as this is a new post, we are open to discussion with regards to hours. Full time or even primarily weekends would be considered - tell us what works for you.

In house lab, digital X-ray, ultrasound etc.

Funding and support for CPD, RCVS fees paid, cost price treatment for own pets.

Salary in region of £28K+ FTE depending on experience.
