Part-time RVN to join Small Animal practice in South Wales

Job Description

Part time RVN required South Wales

We are looking for a Part Time RVN to join our Abbey Vets team of 10 RVNs and 6 SVNs across our practices in Abergavenny, Monmouth, Brecon and Tredegar. With 13 vets and 4 well equipped, RCVS accredited sites we provide a varied and interesting case load. Our Vet team includes certificate holders in Surgery and Medicine meaning we can provide excellent services to our patients and clients, and our nursing team experience an interesting and varied case load. 24 hour nursing at our main Abergavenny site also enables us to provide excellent clinical care to our patients.

The working pattern of this position would be as follows:

  • Three days per week: two days at our Monmouth branch and the third at either our Brecon, Tredegar or Abergavenny practices.
  • Every other Saturday morning at our Monmouth branch.
  • There are no Out-of-Hours duties associated with this role. 

Sole charge nurse opportunities at our Brecon and Tredegar branches. We encourage and support our nurses to develop their areas of interest.
