The London Cat Clinic is an independent, purpose built, award winning feline only veterinary practice with an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence and great customer service. The clinic has gone from strength to strength and we are looking for a special nurse to join us on our journey. We are a very busy, first opinion practice with a referral services offered. One the 4th of January 2021 we will shift to 24hr care for our inpatients and OOH for our clients only.
We are looking for a caring, cat crazy, highly skilled and driven nurse who is passionate about offering the highest standards of care to their patients. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about keeping their skills and knowledge up to date and about ensuring the maintenance of our excellent standards of care. You will be supported our very talented vets, nurses and awesome front-of-house team.
We are very proud of the high level of care we offer to our patients and this is what makes a role here so exciting. We use state-of-the-art equipment and constantly upskill our teams to enable us to practice the highest-quality medicine and deliver the best possible service.
All nurses at The London Cat Clinic work a variety of roles including nurse consultations, inpatient care and theatre work so we are looking for an individual who has experience and is confident to work in all these areas. We are a busy clinic, so the right candidate needs to be cat friendly, motivated, hardworking, good at lateral thinking, a team player and highly skilled. Additional nursing qualifications are preferred but not essential for application for the role.
You will be joining a passionate and dedicated team, in which the front-of-house team, the nurses and the vets completely rely on each other and all work together to deliver the very highest levels of care and service. The combined efforts of the team are infinitely more effective than that of each individual or role.
Up to 42hrs per week average shift length is 8.5hrs.
1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week to compensate when worked to balance work-life.
