Registered Veterinary Nurse

St George's Vets, Halesowen

Up to £29,236 (pro-rata) depending on experience, plus benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, executing a diverse range of nursing duties. From clinical coaching and prepping animals for surgery to anesthesia monitoring and nurse consultations, your role will ensure the well-being of those in our care.

We are seeking a team player to work within a collaborative environment and also confidently handle sole charge responsibilities. Your ability to deliver high-quality care to pets and their owners is essential. Whether you're an experienced or newly qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse, we would love to hear from you.

Flexible working hours, providing work-life balance

The typical working hours would be Monday and Tuesday 9.30am-6.30pm, Wednesday 9.30am-2pm, and 1:3 Saturdays 9am-2pm. There are no out of hours requirements with this role and full or part time applications will be happily considered.

St Georges Vets is a thriving, growing branch that offers a unique "Vets to You" service twice a week. Our fully equipped facility features dental x-ray capabilities, in-house blood machines, laboratory equipment. The theatre is equipped to carry out procedures, from neuters to mass removals and dentals.

Work amongst a collaborative team

Our supportive team consists of, a Clinical Director, Senior Veterinary Nurse, Student Veterinary Nurse, and three Receptionists. Our larger network encompasses two Clinical Directors, a Practice Director, 16 skilled Veterinary Surgeons, 22 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and a team of Animal Care Assistants and Receptionists who contribute to our animal hospital and branches.
