The Role

Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about caring for those intensive and demanding cases? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our first opinion, small animal hospital and referral practice in the heart of Staffordshire. . A varied 40 hour a week rota (split between inpatients, operations, nurse consultations, referral areas, and the cat-friendly clinic)

The Salary will be up to £12.98 ph.

About Us
By joining Lime Trees Vets, you will be helping us provide superb standards of care to both clients and animals. We utilise our nursing skills to a high standard in a range of areas in a supportive learning environment. We are a nurse training clinic and support Surrey Veterinary Students during their final year IMR. Our purpose-built hospital building has excellent facilities to cater for the vast range of cases we see, this includes:


. Species-specific wards, and separate isolation ward,
. 3 theatres,
. High definition Ultrasound,
. DR Xray,
. K laser,
. Multiple endoscopes including laparoscopy,
. Dental Xray
. CT
. Chemotherapy room and treatments, and
. Multiple in-house blood machines (Idexx Catalyst; Procyte; and Sedivue, V check, Epoc, Coag).


We are also pleased to have recently refurbished our branch surgery, which is now a cat only clinic. We are proud to be both cat friendly and rabbit friendly! We are a host practice for Vets Now Emergency who provide our out of hours care. This ensures constant 24-hour care of our inpatients at our hospital, while we sleep at night.

Applicant Requirements

We would love to hear from RVN's who have a passion for patient and client care, their industry and their work family. The role would suit somebody who is a newly qualified registered veterinary nurse.
