With Central’s continued growth we now have a requirement for a Media and Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

Are you right for the Job?

If you can tick the boxes below do get in touch

  • Have previous pet or veterinary industry experience
  • Excellent writing skills for promotional pieces and articles for publications
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your own time
  • Have a great understanding of how the media influences the industry
  • Proficient in using all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe InCopy and Design software and MS packages.

Excellent communicator – both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to switch between diverse subject matter

What does a Media & Marketing Coordinator do ?

  • Liaising with all clients and colleagues to produce the required material
  • Contributing to and developing marketing plans
  • Supporting sales team as required
  • Organising the production of materials: hard copy and digital media
  • Writing and proofreading promotional pieces
  • Liaising with the designers and printers
  • Arranging for effective distribution for marketing materials
  • Assisting with events such as conferences and road-shows for stand design and promotional materials
  • Attending media events
  • Making sure everything is organised
  • Works hard to achieve great things

The detail

  • Salary: relevant to experience
  • Annual leave: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Pension scheme: after 3 months
  • Driving licence: full
  • Hours: 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday
  • Office and team based in Elmswell near Bury St Edmunds
