Head Registered Veterinary Nurse required at Crown Vets Inverness
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Nurse at Crown Vets. Crown Vets is an incredible, fast-paced practice, with three sites based in Inverness, the capital of the Highlands.This role would be ideal for someone looking to make a huge impact in a well-established veterinary practice. As the Head RVN, you would have the ability to evolve the nursing team and their roles, create new protocols and make improvements as you see fit. You will assist in the recruitment of a Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse and will work together to lead a fantastic team of 11 RVN’s, 3 VCA’s, 2 SVN’s and a Dispensary Assistant. You really will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on things.
Must be a qualified RVN on the RCVS register and have experience either within a 1st opinion or referral setting or both. Must be confident in sole charge and have the ability to offer a progressive forward thinking management style. This role would be ideal for an RVN looking to potentially move into their first management role.
