I am an Older RVN (Not many of us about these days!) I still Absolutely love my job - I have a real passion for not only animals, but their humans now as well. 

My family are a little older now (youngest being almost 13 - middle one being a typical 16 year old teen boy and the oldest at 25 has almost flown the nest!) But I thoroughly enjoy spending time with them still.

My hubby and I own and run Bramblebee Farm - which is truly a field to fork venture. We run over 50 head of cattle, a small flock of sheep and we breed and produce our own pigs. I help out more on the paperwork and logistics side than actually on the farm these days  (I am a fair weather farmer and I hate mud ) The other side of our business is a butchery and meat box delivery service which keeps us busy. I have decided to venture into locuming so I can have a bit of balance with the job that I still love doing and my busy home/family life.

I have also bred Border Terriers for over 25 years and we have a whole gang of them!!
