With reference to recent coverage of a presentation by the District Veterinary Nursing Development Group to a meeting of the BVNA's Kent region: the BVNA encourages its network of regional representatives to provide events that are relevant and educational for local members, including discussions about the future of nursing.
The events do not amount to an endorsement of any particular product or position by the BVNA. Likewise statements by individual Council Members, who may hold a range of personal views and diverse opinions.
The BVNA is aware that discussions are ongoing between the DVN Group and the College. The BVNA encourages nurses to work within statutory limits at all times for their own best interests and also those of their patients.
