A regular op at Martin Referrals. http://www.martinreferrals.com/treatment2.asp If the dog is under 4kgs the chest is cracked and the pacer lead is implanted that way. other wise the pacer lead is placed via the jugular. The pacer goes under the skin on the neck they are home in 2 days.
