The Role

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to work as part of a busy, but supportive, team of 8 experienced, qualified nurses, and 2 student nurses. There are no OOH and 1 in 6 weekends. The shifts consist of 5 x 8 hour days per week. We encourage Schedule 3 tasks and would like to develop our nurse clinics going forward.

About Us

Cogges Veterinary Surgery is a single site practice in West Oxfordshire, at the edge of the Cotswolds. We have all the usual equipment and are extremely supportive of further education and CPD. Our vet team includes an ophthalmology certificate holder and a medicine certificate holder, and our nurse team include a Post Graduate diploma holder and a Vets Now ECC qualification holder.

Applicant Requirements

Cogges is a busy practice, therefore experience would be beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate must be able to work both individually and as part of a high performing team. No additional qualifications are necessary, however we would be supportive of a particular area of interest.
