The role

We’re now looking for a passionate Customer Experience Nutrition Specialist to join tails.com and help us change the world of pet food for good.

Key responsibilities

  • Support our customers by answering their nutritional questions, making recommendations on their dog’s diet and tailoring their dog’s feeding plan to suit their health needs
  • Proactively communicate customer issues and contact trends across teams at tails.com, looking for opportunities to continuously improve our products and help drive these changes - always with the customer in mind
  • Support our in-house and remote Customer Experience teams and help grow their nutritional knowledge, participate in ongoing training
  • Continuously update and improve our learning and development tools on nutrition, including internal knowledge base and customer facing help centre
  • Proactively check in with customers who need ongoing nutritional support by phone and email

 

About you

  • Passionate about nutrition and getting it right for every dog because no two dogs or their owners are the same
  • Methodical, love the detail and never miss a trick when analysing and recommending changes to our tailor-made blends
  • Have superb written and spoken English and can clearly communicate with customers and cross-functionally at tails.com  
  • Registered Vet Nurse or hold a degree in Animal Science, Zoology, Applied Biology or similar
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to change
  • Passionate about learning and driven when it comes to your own development
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently - be it our customers or your colleagues at tails.com
  • Salary level - based on experience, plus generous share award
