New Year ! New Horizons !
Like a great salary and working for an independent family run business? Come and visit us at our lovely branch in Croydon!
We are seeking an experienced RVN to lead the lovely team in this friendly and successful clinic. The practice has great facilities including dental and digital x-ray and a new comprehensive Idexx in-house lab suite. We have a close-knit team, as well as wonderful, bonded clients. We pride ourselves on the level of service we offer our clients, and always work to the highest standards.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is organised, efficient, confident in all GP nursing duties and capable of establishing strong relationships with colleagues, patients and our clients. Training is important to us, so we are looking for someone willing to be a clinical coach in the future. Full support and training will be given if you have no prior coaching experience.
No night work or on call is required as this service is provided by our Tier 3 Hospital in Wimbledon. Some Saturday work is required at the branch and minimal share of the weekend day-time hospital rota (1:10). May suit a candidate wanting to take their first steps into team leadership.
Excellent salary for the right candidate! Our people are our greatest asset so we look after them with a profession-leading benefits package including increasing holiday allowance, cash back / refunds on many routine medical costs such as dental care, physiotherapy, optician, chiropody fees etc., plus generous shopping and leisure discounts. Paid RCVS and BVNA membership. The Goddard Veterinary Group sees CPD as an investment in the individual as well as for the practice and is actively encouraged!
