CityU Veterinary Medical Centre (CVMC) in Hong Kong has an opportunity for Veterinary Technician/Nurse to join our specialty centre in Hong Kong. If you are just starting your career, or you are an experienced Veterinary Technician/Nurse looking for a change, this is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of veterinary clinical service and education in one of the most vibrant cities in the world.
CVMC, owned by City University Hong Kong, manages an extensive small animal clientele in Hong Kong. We have recently opened the largest SA clinic in Hong Kong with over 33,000 sq feet, 22 consultation rooms, 7 state of the art operating theatres, cardiology suite and a 24/7 ER. We have extensive diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities including 64 slice CT scanner, 1.5 T MRI, digital imaging, ultrasound units, onsite staffed pharmacy and stat lab. The newly established CityU Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory at City University Hong Kong complements the clinical needs for timely advance diagnostic services.
Services and specialties include: 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Surgery, Oncology, Anesthesiology, and Primary Care.
CVMC will be an integral component for the clinical instruction of the Jockey Club College of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences at City University Hong Kong. We are dedicated to providing advanced, comprehensive, compassionate care and being a model for veterinary clinical education.
Exceptional compensation package with a competitive basic salary plus a living allowance and an attractive set of benefits. Preference and additional compensation consideration will be given to candidates with NAVTA specialty or RVCS diploma in Advance Nursing recognition in the areas of ECC, Anesthesia and Analgesia, Internal Medicine, Clinical Practice, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging and Ophthalmology.
Required qualifications include graduation from a CVMA/AVMA accredited Animal Health Technology/Veterinary Technology/Veterinary Nursing Program or RVN program.
