Do you think this is offensive?

The latest DC hearing caught my eye. Overall, it seems fairly obvious that the vet nurse in question was bang to rights: she clearly pretended to be a vet, and some of her posts I think most people would judge to be, well, if not offensive then certainly inflammatory, unprofessional and not showing the profession in a good light.

I mean, the first two for example??? In fact, in Schedule 1, there are quite a few that I would judge as neither offensive nor impersonating a vet.

It's so subjective, I cant help feeling that regulating for 'offensive' is a very, very difficult area.
