My practice has switched to digital paperwork which includes admission forms etc but I would still like to have something on the kennel door. We have made up some basic ones which show name and reason for admission but until we get more ofey with the digital aspect of things I would still lke to have more info actually on the kennel for visual and promting purposes.

The cards will be laminated wipe off A4 cards so cannot have toooo much info which could crowd the sheet and limit handwriting space, but would like to include name, date, procedure, case vet/nurse, care info such as behaviour, drugs or foods to avoid and importantly the patients medication and feeding schedule. Does anyone have a tried and tested chart or template that works well? We are a small practice with 1 to 3 vets and 1 to 3 nurses on a daily basis so not a crazy amount of staff that will be involved with the inpatients but would still love some visual info directly on the kennel door. Thank you
