The Role

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Somerton, Somerset.

This position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas. You will be supported by a passionate team of vets and nursing staff including RVN, SVN and Patient Care Assistants.

This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours per week. You will also be part of a weekend rota, covering 1:3 Saturday mornings, with time in lieu given the following week.

Skills And Experience

You must be a Veterinary Nurse and registered with the RCVS.

The Branch

Somerton is one of our newest clinics but is a well-established and community focussed clinic in Somerset. Close to Langport, Yeovil and Taunton you're based in beautiful Somerset countryside with good road, rail and air links to the rest of the UK.

The team have served the community for many years and have a strong client base. The clinic is a beautiful building in the centre of Somerton with period features and character in every room! The clinic is well equipped with digital Xray, ultrasound, inhouse laboratory machines, multiparameter anaesthetic monitor and many nursing aids.

We are looking for someone keen to work as a clinical coach and to develop the nursing provisions in the clinic.
