&lt;p&gt;I need to be ashamed because I lost 5 stone a fair while back, then whilst studying for exams it all went back, now I have a battle, I am trying to get my act together now &amp;amp; get some weight off, its not fair for my lovely horse to carry this fat cow around ANYMORE!!!! &lt;/p&gt;

I am sure Brian would be very proud of the changes you are making, and of the weight loss so far, even if it was initiated in the worst of ways.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep your goals in mind, and keep going........and good luck with the slow cooker!! You can&amp;#39;t go wrong! I love mine...chuck all the bits in and leave it for 10 hours, and you&amp;#39;ll have a great dinner!&lt;/p&gt;
