 I can identify this guy in as far as it is a type of quail, but then I have no idea! Can anyone help me out?

&lt;p&gt;I doesn&amp;#39;t seem injured, but is very quiet and seemingly quite tame from the way it behaves around people.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Really foxed by this one, it doesn&amp;#39;t act like a wild bird at all and I deal with all our wild babies we have in. I just assumed a quail because of how it behaved!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now the question is what to do with it! &lt;p&gt;They aren&amp;#39;t the reddest things I have ever seen, more pinky, but otherwise it looks almost exactly like one! Thank you!&lt;/p&gt;
