&lt;p&gt;There are different factors for growth/pregnancy and when you want weight gain cant remember off the top of my head but can look them up tomorrow for you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;we tend to use BER &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;lt;5kg = 60 x bw&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;gt;5kg 30 x bw + 70&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Hi have a look at this work sheet thats in the Wiki area on this site, it has been posted up by another user. Its very similar to one I used to use too looks like a great work sheet to me.
