Also don&amp;#39;t be afraid to look after number one, make sure that you are protected within the business and don&amp;#39;t allow yourself to be bullied by others, it can sometimes be useful to use your own solicitor/financial advisor etc to look into business plans/agreements/contracts&amp;nbsp;as well as one acting&amp;nbsp;for the business. I can&amp;#39;t offer any advice but I can say that I think this is really exciting and don&amp;#39;t let enyone put you off if it&amp;#39;s something you really want. &amp;nbsp;The only thing that springs to my mind is to make sure it&amp;#39;s with a vet you&amp;#39;re happy to work with every day and to be business partners with (you&amp;nbsp;didn&amp;#39;t say whether this is a plan with a vet friend or whether you&amp;#39;re looking into it via one of the joint venture groups with a stranger?)
