Thanks so much guys, I ordered something from NVS today called "Microvette 500 Heparin" which comes in a pack of 100 and vaguely resembles the (German) description on the side of the box... don't even get me started on NVS's failings either - the "customer support" staff have no idea about anything except the one-line description on their computer. Grrr indeed Polly!

Grr, NVS and it's weirdo names of things... For instance if you wanted to buy scrubs, how many keywords would you try before you came up with the correct term 'theatre suits?' Bloody millions!

yes Idexx do them - NVS do them as well but call them something obscure that I cant remember right now

IDEXX do them. They do both 0.5ml (100 = £19.30) and 1.3ml (100 = £20.80). If you are with them just call the 00800 1234 3399 number and place the order with them.

The 0.5ml code is 98-09285-00.

You can't get them if you phone the lab direct. Hope this helps.
