The survey is a very good idea! Like your website Miranda

I had almost finished until I realised you cannot have any personal interest in the shelter, some of my pets came from my friends shelter!
Hi there. Oh sorry about that! As mentioned, I will need to change a few things about the layout and text but thank you (and everyone else!) for giving me positive feedback and support. I obviously have to be careful about the 'personal interest' element as otherwise reviews could become very biased!

Thank you for your honesty. The whole concept of feeding back the results to the shelters involved will only work (and consequently improve services or highlight best practices . . . and therefore increase successful adoptions) if people giving the reviews are fair and honest.

Let me know if you can find space to put up an A4 poster about the reviews in your vet practice (and address via personal message) and I'll pop one in the post.

Thanks again!

It asks for participants if you recently visited a shelter (presume without adopting) but then some of the questions are only for people who have adopted but there's no way to leave them out?
Hi Polly. Thanks for your feedback. I can see I need to 'tweak' some of the wording on the survey! You can still do it, but just answer the questions that are relevant to you and mention something in your comment about why you didn't or couldn't adopt.

Very many thanks for taking part!
