 After a pretty unsuccessful few months trying to lose weight at the gym I&amp;#39;m looking at trying some group classes (more motivation - trying to keep up with everyone else!) but the only one I could do regularly around work is spinning. &lt;p&gt;I used to go to spinning classes regularly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s really good but be prepared to work hard, it&amp;#39;s not easy. I found it helped, my problem areas are my legs which it made a real difference to. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here is an example of a class (video I found on YouTube) that might help you understand it&lt;/p&gt;
