&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve seen similar injuries caused by animal bites/animal claws or barbed wire. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have seen this with RTAs in the past, where pelvic fracture fragments have&amp;nbsp;perforated&amp;nbsp;the guts as well as&amp;nbsp;dissecting urethra.&lt;/p&gt;
