Have a great and well loved copy of Jone's animal nursing published 1987. - first edition was 1966 - back when there were RANAs! Was the only copy available in practice when I started 20 years ago. It is a true oldie, but so much is still the same in the new ones!

I had those when I first started nursing! They were a million years out of date. I think they still had a big section on feeding a raw meat diet!

I'm pretty sure that the exam questions for the current sylabus are taken directly from the Lane and Cooper book.

Hehe i'm waiting for some comments about that Both of the books are used by students now. They pretty much have the same topics in, i like to use both (to compare/make sense of things) but you don't need both. The latter has colour pics which are quite nice, and covers equine if you're interested in that. You could do the course with one or the other.
