All l have done is cut out all the crisps and sweets and cake etc etc. Still have treats just one sweet not 20 and half a biscuit not 5. Then l was able to eat cherry tomatoes and raw mushrooms l opened up to more salady things then thought l would make it into something useful.&nbsp; I started to do a diet change to leave out grott and try eat only good food and loose weight something he kept on at me about.
