&lt;p&gt;I am currently updating the recomended speeds on our machine as we are using ones for the wrong machine!&amp;nbsp;I do have the booklet and if you want to know the wiring diagram or what chemicals different parts of the centrifuge are resistant to then it is amazing, but for the spin speeds there is no mention!! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Blood - 10,000rpm for 5min, Urine - 2000rpm for 5 mins and&amp;nbsp;Faeces - 1000 to 1500 rpm for 3 mins&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In my current practice we have a woodly something or other, and I&amp;#39;m 99% sure we do 5mins at 12000rpm (highest setting) for plasma, serum and PCV&amp;#39;s and 1 min at 1000 rpm for urine&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have the recommendations hanging above the centrifuge though, so its still pretty easy!
