There are different sizes depending on your patient. Our human counterparts use them on tiny babies so don&#39;t see why not. Just watch your Inspired CO2 (if you can), as this can be a sign of re-breathing. &nbsp;If your using capnography ensure that the graph is return to zero at the end of each resp cycle</p> <p>Best not to reuse them as that moisture that is caught in the filter is from the patient&#39;s lungs.</p> <p>If your using a circle or any other kinda re-breathing circuit (ie one with a soda lime canister) you don&#39;n need to use one as once your on low flow rates the canister does half the job for you.
