If they are keen on you then they should be prepared to wait. I wouldn&#39;t shy away from applying for the perfect job if I saw it now. But I would stipulate that you are on a fixed contract currently!&nbsp;</p> <p>I had to wait 5 months before starting my current job after being offered it!&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
