&lt;p&gt;But what it does not mention at all, is what procedures they are referring to.&amp;nbsp; They describe Veterinary Treatment, and minor surgery when they talk about what VN&amp;#39;s are allowed to do, but they do not mention what specific procedures this covers, neither do the RCVS in their interpretation of this.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, this leaves it open to interpretation, and abuse.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
