the libramide issue has resulted in some seriously pissed off clients AND has resulted in the practice I work in now not using anything produced by genitrix if we can possibly help it - which is a shame as I now see they have exclusive distribution on oxbow which is a superior product to the Burgess equivalent, dont think they will be tempting us with the cheap benezapril either!

Does anybody have any info on the flexicam recall?

Re: Fucithalmic

[quote user="albatross"]

we do have a problem from NVS with KBR as they say the manufacturer has had to change it, and the new name (something beginning with L) is now 3 times the price !!!!
An alternative is to go to 1000mg tablets of a different brand (and as it is a big dog it should work well, but it's still more expensive).

This drug is Libromide and is more expensive as this is now a veterinary medicine where as KBR was not. This means that you now have to provide Libromide as this is now the authorised medication.

Hope this helps

Re: Fucithalmic

We have a vet who is an opthalmologist and he recommended aureomycin as an alternative.
I ordered fucithalmic from Centaur yesterday with no problems.

Re: Fucithalmic

we had been ordering ok.

we use aureomycin for different ailments. We also use Tiacil.

Also the bigger bottles of urilin have been out of stock due to manufacturing issues ... anyone else heard that?
