&lt;p&gt;A confident, outgoing and eager candidate. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I look for candidates who are willing to lean, are attentive and ask questions and don&amp;#39;t seem afraid to ask questions. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I always look for candidates who don&amp;#39;t pour over how much they love animals etc&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Be yourself is the best advice I can give you&lt;/p&gt;
