&lt;p&gt;One thing I would also try to add is how each injury could happen.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If (b) is asking what you would do in those situations then combine into one answer. I had several that were (f) and (k) etc so I just wrote both next to the answer I had written&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
