The only type of brush one of our kitties lets us go near her with is the dustpan brush *facepalm* Pick up the furminator and she's gone, pick up the dustpan brush to sweep the floor and she's around your legs begging for brushing.

She's not very bright

I totally agree with others: Use a combination of the Zoom Groom and the Furminator (small cat version) and you will crack it.

Plus, your cat will love you...my love both. Even my grumpy elderly one loved them (take a bow Lucy)

Always recommending both to clients: even have demo models available to use now!!

On a horsey forum I go on people rave about furminators, they furminate everything in sight from cats, to dogs, to horses and i've not heard a bad review at all

Cheers sal! I think he will like it! The medium one is 8 quid on ebay so think i will get it and keep his other one for his head (favourite place to be groomed)!!

Am quite excited lol! Not sure I believe how awesome is it is going to be but heres hoping!

well morris isnt exactly of delicate build I have the medium but think for areas like around his neck the smaller one would have been better

my Luka is a big lad so would u guys go for a the cat size one or would u go for the medium one?

Ebay selling them quite cheap! So think i will spend this weeks tips on one lol!!

Never thought i would say it but I love the furminator and so do my ctas - I can never beleive how much fur comes off with it - have a zoom groom too which my lovely Stimpy used to groom himself on he loved it so much - not so effective with my cats now thoug - -the furminator wins paws down!

Furminator.... hmmm am off to google now!

We use a normal brush, he likes it but am not convinced its really working so am going to investigate the furminator. We have a zoom groom but he don't like it and attacks me!! Niamh likes it tho! So not a total waste of money!

I forgot about Zoom Grooms, maybe because its rubbery his hair will stick to it, i'll try that thanks. Boyfriend wants me to hoover the cat.

Serkirks are a bit strange, they can come in short haired curly, long haired curly, short haired straight or long haired straight. I've got 2 short haired curlys but their coats are still completely different

I use a zoom groom and a furminator..furminator for through coat brushing and zoom groom for quick tidy ups

Morris is a very smart looking bengal at the moment - he has a very dense coat which is not at all like other bengals I have come across? but then I havnt come across another blue yet so maybe all blues are made this way? - or maybe I just have an odd cat? (well I already know he is odd in lots of other respects)

yesterday we started with a furminator and finished up with a zoom groom. He really enjoyed it and the bath afterwards (he loves water)
