Yes 3 years! Utterly disgusting I know but in my defence, I do have a poor immune system and it's always been covered up with Bazuka etc.
For all this time I've treated it with Bazuka, Scholl verucca stuff, extra

Re: Vinegar and veruccas!

That's interesting about garlic.

It's a cluster of verruccas I've got - just closely clustered, so looks like one great big one. However, over the weekend, some have gone! And the remaining one or two are tiny - won't be long now! (how sad that I am actually excited!)

Did anyone see the little girl on Embarrassing Bodies (Channel 4) a while ago? Her foot was literally covered in them. Made mine look so insignificant. Anyway, she ended up having a bone marrow transplant - some immune mediated condition. I do think we should take things like this a little more seriously - they only found out about my bizarre immune mediated condition because I kept fainting.... once I knew about it, it all made sense

Re: Vinegar and veruccas!

That would have been ideal if not about 35 years to late. When l was about 12 l had to have a ga had an overgrowth of wart virus drew red ink circles head to toe around every wart had a GA well over 2 hours while they froze them all. Was a big blister for over a week.

Re: Vinegar and veruccas!

You can also use fresh garlic cut into thin slices and placed over the wart underneath a plaster.

Garlic is a natural anti viral and kills the actual virus that causes the wart.

I came home from work one eve and my finger hurt but no sign of a wound or puncture, next morning woke up with a white bump on my finger and it hurt. I covered it up with plaster and hoped it would go whatever it was. Over the last week, the white hard skin has kinda sloughed off and i can now see little black dots like a veruuca... Its disgusting. I have a hard rough raised lump on my finger and hurts if pressed on directly... especially when i turn the key on in ignition in my car!!

Im not entirely sure if it is a veruuca on my finger (i could post a pic if you want, but dont wana scare anyone haha)
... but i suppose i could try the vinegar or lemon thing and see what happens...

Re: Vinegar and veruccas!

Will remember this tip. I had one for a few years - nothing worked until I got the stuff to freeze warts off yourself and used it too much - way ove the time they said as it hadnt worked and hey presto!!
