I will log any dog noises, ours and all others heard. From now on. and will take dogs to work ant any opportunity to see if they still think its them.

I think this is going to be a tough one.

Re: neighbours s*** stirring.. soz long post

We have a similar problem with a neighbour with his pitbull.

His pitbull, out of control and off lead bounded over my 3 dogs who retaliated. My dogs got bitten but the only wound his dog got were from my hubby launching himself onto it.

In the process of me looking at his dog to ensure it was ok it bit my hubby who was taken to hospital (after I sorted my dogs out of course)

The man is vile and verbally agressive to a point that the police are involved after he threatened to kill me and my pets. They were more interested in the fact he was running a 2nd hand car business from home which were not allowed to do!

He called the RSPCA who left their card. After I spoke to the inspector and she found out I was a nurse she said that she didn't need to come round and she was satified that my 3 show dogs are suitably trained even though I asked would like to come round and come for a walk with me .

Re: neighbours s*** stirring.. soz long post

hiya,

Also keep a record of times you have heard their dog barking. (if there are times in your record when you can hear their dog barking and it corresponds with times she says she can hear your dogs barking it may raise some interest in who is right) If the local environmental health are involved they will probably communicate with the GP and confirm with them what was happening on the night of the visit - if they have gone to the trouble of commenting then it prob isnt something they will easily forget. If they have forgotten then maybe the comment was never made?

cats peeing on the bed? unless you can keep your cats in all the time this will be a difficult one. Has she definitely seen a cat peeing on the bed? Any chance it could be her own dog?

Re: neighbours s*** stirring.. soz long post

Crazy Crazy Neighbour!!! Poor you! I don't think anything you do is going to convince her that your animals aren't a nuisance to her (even though its clearly not them!). You are doing everything (and more) than I would be in your position! Good Luck, I hope this gets sorted!

Re: neighbours s*** stirring.. soz long post

yeah I thought of that (my mum did), she said that the doctor heard it as well and offered to bang on our door so sort it out.

The thing is their dog has a dog flap and barks ALL night at the clubbers going home and walk of shame people as we back on to an ally, but thats ok cos she's guarding the house. Oh and apparently one of our cats (the only one who goes outside) goes in their flat every night and pees on their bed. I make sure he's in by 6pm every night. So don't think its him ,there are 4 other big black cats in the area.

Am really cross as I don't want to be a bad neighbour and IF my dogs bark when left they are not happy so need to sort that. But am at a loss of wha t to do as can't tat them to work as no where for them now. - I only got dogs cos I could take them to work, now that has been stopped. and can't afford full dog day care!

I said I'd speak to the boss and see if I could take them to work for a few days to see if it is them barking.

What else can I do??!?

Re: neighbours s*** stirring.. soz long post

Maybe shes hallucinating on her morphine!
