Thank you Steph & those from PM who attended. I did not get to see you much but it meant a lot also the card that Steph somehow printed off with everyone's words on it is now with all my cards on the wall. I never thought that cards meant much till now and l sit and read them their words help.
Sorry l have not replied to everyone that messaged me their thoughts and love l know many wanted to go and couldn't get time off but you were there in thought, please everyone accept this thank you from Brian & l

I was sort of numb yesterday it is just blur with flashes of memory, but the sun shone and it was like Brian's smile and the blue skies were the colour of his eyes, a few white clouds well he was white haired and thinning. I am told it went well & l think it did. I know Rays singing was beautiful, he sang Amazing Grace acapello.

So many friends there & those who couldn't get there between you, you sent so much love it flooded the church & reception. THANK YOU to Langar & Cark for their wonderful gift & everyone for making yesterday special despite the sadness for Brian & I and all the family.

Well the service was absolutely lovely, Brian would have been so proud of Caro, she stood up and talked us through key points in his life, his neighbour gave a beautiful rendition of amazing grace and the sheer number of people there was fantastic.

I gave Caro a card which I managed to get a lot of the support messages off here onto for her just so she knows we are all thinking about her and that she will never be alone while she comes on here.

I know she has been touched by the number of messages of support from everyone,

So here's to Brian a true gentle guy who has touched so many peoples lives in one way or another XXXXX

Caro, I know I speak for absolutely everyone on here when I say, you are much loved and we are all here no matter what for you,

It will be a sad yet happy day tomorrow and I am proud that you are allowing me to come and celebrate Brian's life with you.

All the very best (I shall bring some extra tissues with me!!)
