I love it - I like it is my favourite musical!! I still jump when the gun goes off & cry like a baby when Mrs Johnston sings the song at the end!! I think my favourite Mrs Johnson was Bernadette Nolan but wold loved to have Barbara Dickson do it!! Saw Anthony Costa as Mickey once & he was pretty good (considering he was crap in the boy band thing)

Love it love it love it!!!!

Re: Blood Brothers

i saw in in blackpool acouple of years ago, i didnt really want to go but after seeing it, it was really good. it had one of the nolan sisters in it

Re: Blood Brothers

I did Blood Brothers for my GCSE drama too! LOVED doing it! I've seen it 2 or 3 times...it's coming to my local theatre this year but i'm on hol, typical!

Re: Blood Brothers

For my GCSE drama we did a production of Blood brothers, that was 11 years ago now so i can hardly remember the story but i know i enjoyed doing it

Re: Blood Brothers

I've seen it 4 times and yes it is fantastic!!!!

Mrs Lyons told Mickey about Eddie and Linda cos she is was a twisted and bitter woman, she couldn't stand to see her son so happy around his real family, dont think she expected mrs johnson to go and tell them that they were brothers and that mickey would take a gun with him. She just wanted to cause pain.

I last saw it up here in liverpool and to see it in the city it was set in was just absolutely amazing, everyone was crying, I went with some guys from work and a few of them had never even heard of it before and they were crying.....so emotional!!!
