To be totally honest...ours isn't filled out properly! We've just added the holding time and drying time added together! Last inspection they didn't comment on it not being done right, so they obv don't really check! We don't fill out the pressure during holding period either...cos how are we supposed to know? We just put initials, counter number, total time, temp from what i can remember. And just tick the weekly bit to say working ok. Does seem pointless!

I don't really understand though. Do you have to time how long it takes to get to the right pressure? That just seems like a complete waste of time.

Never heard of that one, we had H&S in but they were more worried about us propping doors open
