So divide the amount it was given by it's body weight and you'll have how many ml/kg it was given. You can then say the vet wanted the rabbit to have x amount of ml/kg and write out the formula.

All that was written in its notes was how much it got not how it was worked out.

Divide the amount given by it's bodyweight to get ml/kg.

Its for a rabbit. I didnt have to work anything out, just held the animal while it was getting injected.

I thought i would just have to say how much was given but my tutor says i have to say how it was worked out. Aye i asked the lassie that helped me and she cant remember!

If it's for a caselog you have you put down the amount you gave not the actually correct dosage!

what sort of creature is it? surely you know the total amount you gave and the weight of said animal so you can easily work out the calculation from there. have you asked the colleagues who were involved in the case with you?
