Yep! We have it!

It's really good, easy to use, and great back up from the support guys

We're opening a branch practice in the next few weeks, and the 2 systems will be interlinked.

Well here we are two months down the line and have narrowed our Computer choice down to either Teleos or ezOfficesystems. Had lots of feedback on Teleos but has anyone used ezOffice?

Thanks everyone for your help looks like it should be Teleos or Jupiter - must admit having looked on their sites they look good. But as always it is down the the operators and most of us are not computer friendly

Am currently using the jupiter system which I don't really like.. seems very long winded compared to others..have used Rx works and Teleos, liked both of these but Teleos was probably the most user friendly. All the providers should be able to access the system to fix problems, also the support from Teleos was always good, though we did have to phone quite often which I guess was a bad thing!

We use Teleos and find it really good and simple to use!, but then our boss is a bit of a pc geek!! lol

But ive used alot of systems ans id say this is the easiest!

At my practice we use Vetcom, i find it easy enough to use. But i think we are in the process of possibly changing it ( i dont know to what though) and then we can hopefully have a linked computer as our branch surgery that currently uses filing drawers and card records!!!

I used Vetcom at my old practice, and to be honest found it a bit rubbish and not particularly user friendly. Just over a year ago at my new practice we changed onto Jupiter and have found it fab, very user friendly (vets who had hardly used a comp before picked up on it very quickly). The support from Jupiter is fab as well, if there are any probs you phone them and a technician has always managed to fix it over the phone. I can't remember the name of our system, but it is internet based as we have 3 branches so you can access notes from whichever branch you are at. I suppose this is why they are able to sort probs so easily, they connect onto our system via the web, it's very clever stuff i think! You can do a lot with system, like scan blood results, letters, consent forms etc onto clients records so you don't need to keep the paper copies, much better! It has made us a "paperless practice"!
