I was really surprised as when came to take the sutures out it had 2 incisions - 1 over each scrotum with 4 stitches in each. &lt;p&gt;Our vets do buried sutures (the proper name escapes me atm!) to prevent this.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Only time I see 2 incisions if in a cryptorchid situation,, but even then, the main incision is done pre-scrotally.&lt;/p&gt;
