I'll be locuming at different practices whilst my employer also locums at the same time, mainly so she can get her name recognised as a behaviourist who has recently set up practice in the area.

I'm nervous about locuming as never done it before. Aft the locuming i'll go back to the permanent job.

Definitely moving to Scotland, can't wait. Really excited about it :)

I dont know much about locuming but you should definately move to Scotland

I love locuming!

I have only done it through a recruitment agency where I was paid weekly (great as a Uni student - quick cash), and an umbrella company sorted out my taxes etc. on each payslip, they took something approx £20 to sort out my taxes which I didn't mind as I'd have no idea at how to do it myself and it was less hassle this way.

I imagine you will locum there and then become permanent? Nott sure if there will be an agency involved in that case. . . .
